One of the friendliest, most caring, and helpful dealerships I've been to. They did everything possible to help us. They explained the process and all details of financial side very well and easy to understand what was happening. Sales rep (Jessica) was very knowledgeable of the RV that we were there to look at as well as prepared with others that may be options. After purchasing the RV their service department (Matt) was very thorough with explaining ALL the mechanics of the camper and how things work. He also went into best practices and different tips and tricks from experience. I'd buy from RVConnection again and recommend them to everyone looking at buying a camper.

I've been taking our coach to RV Connection in Lawton, Oklahoma, for some time. I've always had prompt, courteous and professional service.

Took the coach in with a house battery charging problem. They found that one my four Interstate batteries was bad, and they would have to replace all four - could not replace just one - at a cost of about $150 each. The batteries were installed in May, 2018. On their own, the negotiated with Interstate and Interstate honored their warranty, replacing all four batteries at no cost.

We purchased a new 2018 Forest River Salem 27RKSS. Monica was the best. She was knowledgeable and was not at all "pushy". She was readily available to answer our questions throughout the process. Received a fair trade from Paul on the used 5th wheel we purchased there two years ago. Paul and Larry delivered our new trailer to the lake and towed our 5th wheel back to their shop. Paul was readily available by phone to help me with a question a couple of weeks after we were set up. These are great folks that are a pleasure to work with.

We bought a 2015 Salem Villa to put at the lake. We had an appointment with Chris but when we arrived Monica entertained us until Chris arrived. The were both very nice and accommodating. We looked at several rvs didnt find one we liked until driving back to front of store and there it was. Just off the truck, Chris ran the slides out and it showed us all the features and that did it. Were from Indiana. We were traveling through Lawton when our water pump went out. We were able to get a service appointment very quickly and a new pump was installed. It worked fine at the repair shop, but 150 miles down the road, it failed. We did call to let the service advisor know of the problem. We went on to KS, NM. and TX. We came to your business on a Saturday and your service tech began immediately checking for electrical issues, etc. It was determined that we had received a faulty pump and a replacement was installed at no extra charge. We appreciate your quick attention to our problem and the quick resolution. I have already made a recommendation to a fellow r ver to use your services. thank you again.

When we first walked in to look for a travel trailer a couple of years ago, I expected a car lot atmosphere where sales sharks sense blood in the water. You work with them and they will work with you. The only thing I didn't like is when I pulled my credit report the day before, showed it to them and they ran my credit report again anyway. That gave me a hard hit on my credit report for no reason.
